By accessing or using Revela ClinicOps services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including clinic staff, administrators, and patients accessing patient-facing features.

2. Description of Services

Revela ClinicOps provides healthcare operational software including AI-assisted patient intake, appointment management, insurance verification, billing support, and patient communications. Our services are designed for operational assistance only and do not constitute medical advice.

3. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Sunrise Family Clinic through our platform, you agree to receive automated SMS messages including appointment reminders, intake form links, and clinic notifications. • Message and data rates may apply • Message frequency varies based on appointment activity • Reply STOP to cancel at any time • Reply HELP for assistance • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages • We do not share your number with third parties for marketing

4. Medical Disclaimer

Revela ClinicOps is an operational platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All AI-assisted features are for administrative and operational purposes only. Clinical decisions must be made by licensed healthcare professionals. In case of medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; use the services only for lawful purposes; not attempt to circumvent security measures; and comply with all applicable laws including HIPAA.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. We process health information in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Clinic subscribers receive a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

Revela ClinicOps and all related software, design, and content are the intellectual property of Revela ClinicOps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revela ClinicOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
